Freddies Ville (www.freddiesville.com) is an educational site for children, built by the same team that brought you the ESL Games Plus (www.eslgamesplus.com) and Kiz Phonics (www.kizphonics.com) sites.
Zoe Liu (Project Inspiration)
Liu Xiaoling or simply Zoe has been supportive of Kisi's work. She encouraged him to build this free site after seeing how other materials from Kisi were helping their daughter learn English more effectively. Liu Xiaoling worked for a couple of famous language schools including English First and realized that the success of those schools depended on dedicated teachers like Kisi. The problem is, those schools are not cheap, therefore not affordable to everyone. The idea was then to build a free site that parents and teachers could use without spending dime. The result was FreddiesVille.com.
Kisi (Project Manager)
Kisito Futonge or simply Kisi as he is fondly called, has been developing educational resources for teachers since 2005 when his first site ESL-Galaxy.com became a huge success among teachers. From then, found his new educational calling - developing the best materials to help teachers and parents teach their learners. Having taught ESL/EFL for 10 years, he quit full-time teaching in 2009 to fully focus on resource development as Kisi soon realized he could make a difference putting his creativity to good use in this field.
The results have been amazing even to him. His newest sites are attracting even more visitors and highly positive feedback. ESLgamesplus.com and Kizphonics.com now attract over 600, 000 monthly visits.
Knowing he could do better, he set about doing his most ambitious project ever. He spent months developing the concept and materials for this site - freddiesville.com. This time he brought in a larger team of graphic designers, cartoon animators, voice actors, vocalists, app developers and web programmers to develop this fantastic site. And when the contents were developed, he decided to make it a FREE site!
Why such a move? Well, because we enjoy sharing our resources with million! It powers us.
Alexandra (Project Inspiration)
This project is dedicated to Kisi's daughter, Alexandra, who has been a source of inspiration. Seeing how Alexandra learns using these materials has encouraged Kisi to make this site free for the many teachers and parents who need it.
